In 2008 there are 575 league fixtures across 9 divisions, 3 age groups, 94 teams and 26 Member Clubs and only on two scheduled nights of each week. With some Clubs (for example) having as many as 6 teams playing on a Monday night alone, fixtures clashes are inevitable and unavoidable.. Whilst I've avoided inter-club clashes within divisions, it is impossible to stop clashes across age groups and nights for Clubs. 

You have until the 21 April to make alternative arrangements with your opponents to fit with your resources and facilities. I know within the spirit of the league you will all work together to make this happen. Please advise me of your revised fixture when you have finalised alternative schedules.
